Notion’s pricing page labels yearly billing as saving up to 20%. At current list prices, Plus saves $2 per member per month and Business saves $4. That is $24 or $48 per member per year respectively.
Free and Plus should not be budgeted as AI plans. Notion says those tiers receive a limited number of complimentary AI responses, but its current public FAQ does not state a durable numeric allowance. Treat the trial as evaluation access that can change, not production capacity.

The incremental cost of Business over Plus on annual billing is $120 per member per year. A 10-person team therefore pays $1,200 more per year for the Business AI entitlement and its additional permissions and administration features. That is the cleanest break-even question: will workspace-native AI, meeting capture, stronger permissions, and fewer tool switches be worth roughly $10 per employee per month?

Members, guests, and mid-cycle billing can change the total
Notion charges paid plans by member seat. Every workspace member consumes one paid seat; a guest invited only to specific pages does not. Free allows 10 external guests, while Plus, Business, and Enterprise list unlimited guests.
Use guests for clients, contractors, advisers, or partners who only need selected pages.
